That is what usually has with any media enterprise -- tech enabled or not.   His difficulty, particularly with Patch and HuffPo, may be networking together enough consistent quality to generate the revenue needed to make it work. Those two brands are widely inconsistent in the quality of their content, and therein lies the trouble.]]></description>
