KDP has not explained why many are not paid, nor are their ebooks sold at a steady rate. Others have to pull teeth to get a canned form letter answer, and this is the best he can come up with? No, I&#039;m not a customer anymore, thanks to his careless treatment of my books. If he had paid more attention to us, we would still be there. But check the catalog and you will find many less ebooks on it, as authors disgusted with the whole Prime Lending Program and also the pricing strategy which encourages freebies over paid content leave in droves.]]></description>
