The acquisition provides the company with access to a high quality content library and content developers for its interactive production forays.
Last year, Intellygents generated unaudited net revenues of Euro 0.5 million, and profit before taxation of Euro 0.2 million. 2way has based its business on the development, distribution and exploitation of interactive content by partnering with broadcasters, telecoms service providers and advertisers. Current broadcast clients include SBS6 in the Netherlands, TV Denmark, TV2 in Hungary, PrimaTV in Romania and TVN in Poland.
