News Corp filed its 10-Q quarterly report last week, and a hard number on Photobucket acquisition price, which wasn’t disclosed before but we reported on a ballpark price after speaking to sources. The total price of the acquisition, closed in July last year, was about $237 million in cash, and an additional amount of up to $50 million contingent on performance. There, that’s settled.

Updated: Someone close to the acquisition told me tonight that the rest $13 million was held in escrow, that’s why the number’s not showing up on the SEC filing..so the right total is $300 million as we reported before.
