Buried in the announcement that A.H. Belo (NYSE: AHC) (NYSE: BLC) and MediaNews may pull their content from Google (NSDQ: GOOG) News is news that yet another newspaper chain is experimenting with putting pay walls up on its websites. A.H. Belo says it will put up pay walls within the next six months at either the Dallas Morning News, Providence Journal, or Riverside Press-Enterprise, Bloomberg News reports. The experiment will join others by newspaper chains, including MediaNews, which said earlier this month it was preparing two of its papers for an experiment in partial pay walls next year.
