Ad Inserter Kiptronic Raises $3 Million Second Round
Kiptronic, a startup that inserts ads into digital media, has raised a $3 million second round from unspecified investors reports Venturewire (via VentureBeat). The company previously raised $4 million last year from Blueprint Ventures and Prism VentureWorks, bringing its total raise to at least $7 million. The company has focused on downloadable content, like podcasts and videos, offering not just ad insertion, but measurement as well.
