Auditude Raises $10.5 Million For Online Video Ad Platform

Auditude, which operates an online video-management and advertising platform, has raised $10.5 million from Redpoint Ventures along with existing investor Greylock Partners. Chris Moore, a partner at Redpoint Ventures, will join Auditude’s board. Auditude has a platform where producers can distribute their video to Auditude’s network of publishers and monetize it through Auditude’s salesforce. The company’s content and publishing partners include MTV Networks (NYSE: VIA), Warner Bros. Entertainment, and MySpace (Video and Music).
