Blinkx, the video search engine and technology company, which was spun-off Autonomy last month in a complex transaction, has filed additional details: it has set a price range of between 35 pence and 45 pence a share, which would raise 25 million pounds ($50 million) and give it a market cap of 114 million pounds ($225 million) at the mid point of the range. It will start trading on May 22.
Updated: Autonomy CEO Michael Lynch and Mark Opzoomer, an executive at the company, both said they will participate in the placing.
