FM Publishing, the high-profile blog ad network founded by John Battelle, has raised $4.5 million n its second round of funding, PEHub reports, citing SEC documents. The round was led by previous investors JPMorgan Partners and Omidyar Network. The company sells ads across a number of blogs in different categories, and has started getting into events as well.
