Swedish publisher Bonnier Corp. has acquired Working Mother Media from MCG Capital and founder Carol Evans. In addition to publishing the Working Mother magazine, the company publishes research like 100 Best Companies for working mothers. Bonnier already publishes Parenting and Baby Talk. Last year, Bonnier’s Corp’s parent Bonnier Group acquired Time Inc.‘s Time4Media group, which included Parenting, as well as a host of other special interest titles. Deal terms were not disclosed.
