Bored.com Sold For $4 Million

Bored.com, the domain name and some related assets, has been sold for a relatively big $4 million…Bored.com was established in 1997 and the company says it has more than two million visitors a month. The site is a links (leads) portal to, well, things that you do when bored: music, comedy, gaming, quizzes & trivia, and others. The domain was sold by domainer Oversee.net, and sold to JW Media, which also owns BuyShoes.com and Campout.com. More here.
