imageDuo hopes women get Obsessed with new show: Another day, another online video series ... though this one is aimed at a demo that doesn’t have a glut of original series to choose from: women aged 25 to 55. It’s called Obsessed, a talk show produced by web marketer Gary Vaynerchuk and media exec Samantha Ettus; Ettus will host, giving in-depth interviews with guests like BlogHer founder Lisa Stone and Today Show travel editor Peter Greenberg (via TechCrunch). Both Ettus and Vaynerchuk have previous experience with online video: Ettus is an on-air correspondent for NY 360, the official current events and lifestyle show of New York City; Vaynerchuk is the host of Wine Library TV, a daily video blog about wine.

Alloy Media adds original series to video network: Youth-centric online company Alloy Media and Marketing has launched two original series to headline the video extension of its digital property Teen.com. Alloy produced and developed Private, a series based on the best-selling novels about the dysfunctional lives of high-society teens; it also partnered with United Talent Agency (the artist rep firm that helped produce Michael Eisner’s Prom Queen series) to develop Haute and Bothered, a fashion-focused show. Both series go live this spring; other videos on the site include Q&As with celebrities and movie reviews. Release.
