Buzznet Confirms Stereogum Acquisition; Launching Videogum

Buzznet, the LA-based pop culture site, has confirmed its acquisition of Stereogum, as we first reported last weekend. The announcement is light on details, except that it plans to launch a spinoff site, Videogum, that will go live next week. The site will focus on television and movies and other screen stuff. Release.
