Visitors to Gilbert Guide can look up various providers and also connect with experts. Caring.com, meanwhile, offers original content on eldercare topics and also has a set of online forums. Caring.com says that its members will now be able to access the Gilbert Guide directory. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed—although it was a stock transaction. Caring.com raised $6 million in a first round of funding in September 2007. Gilbert Guide had about 64,000 unique visitors to its site last month, while Caring.com had about 245,000 visitors, according to Compete figures. Release.
