ComScore Raises $82 Million in IPO
ComScore, the Internet traffic measurement firm, raised $82.5 million in its IPO priced above a forecast range…the offering of 5 million shares was sold for $16.5O per share, above the range of $14 to $16, reports Reuters. The amended S-1 filed today is here.
