The company has raised over $30 million in total, including a third round in February; the amount was undisclosed. From the filing, it appears that previous backers The Greenspun Group and Charles River Ventures returned for this latest round. Mochila, which syndicates and personalizes content for media companies like IDG and Virgin Mobile, brought in a new VP of ad sales in late September.
