Digital Ad Agency Teracent Gets $5 Million In Funding

Teracent, a Foster City, CA-based online ad agency startup, has closed on roughly $5 million in its first round funding. The round was led by New Enterprise Associates, PEHub reported. The company says its ad targeting technology uses learning-based matching rather than contextual analysis.
