M3X Media has raised a $10.5 million first round from Agile Opportunity fund and individual investors, peHUB reported. The funds will be used to develop and launch a new technology platform called GrüvMe, which brings together various forms of digital entertainment including downloadable music, music videos, interactive games, and social networking and delivers them to various devices. The official launch for the platform is planned for mid-2009.
