EnticeLabs Raises $2 Million For Online Job Ads Platform
Online recruiting startup EnticeLabs has raised $2 million in a round of funding, we have confirmed with the company. Investors include First Advantage, the risk mitigation company, which also has an online recruitment advertising arm, along with Omniture (NSDQ: OMTR) co-founders Josh Hames and John Pestana, according to TechCrunch, which first reported the funding.
The company is among a number of startups targeting ‘passive’ job candidates, including Jobvite, which raised $8.2 million in a second round of funding earlier this month. Companies use EnticeLabs’ TalentSeekr platform to submit job profile information. TalentSeekr then draws up ads and distributes them across the web, automatically adjusting the ad budget to sites where the ads are performing the best. Ads can also be geo-targeted.
