Fox International Channels Buys Latin Online Ad Network Directa Network
Fox International Channels, the international arm of Fox’s TV network, has now bought Digital Ventures, parent company of Hispanic online ad properties Directa Network, InZearch, Afiliados Hispanos and Performa Network. Directa Network is an online advertising network specialized in Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking audiences.

This comes after FIC’s recent buyout of ClickDiario, one of the largest Hispanic online ad networks, from Japan’s Livedoor.
Directa and ClickDiario will be merged into a new entity called “.FOX” (pronounced “punto Fox”), , and the SEM & SEO company of the group will become InZearch.Fox. More details in the release here.
