Haymarket Media, the US arm of the UK-based publisher of magazines like PR Week and Management Today, has bought Financial Media Holding Group’s Compliance Week. Terms were not disclosed. A Haymarket rep said that the company was impressed that CW is able to charge $999 a year for a subscription, as many other pubs worry about how much of their content to put on their sites for free. CW also has a paid e-newsletter and charges subscribers extra for its webcast series and special reports. The deal is set to close July 1. Release
