Health Searcher OrganizedWisdom Raises $2.3 Million First Round
OrganizedWisdom, a NYC-based health search startup, has raised a $2.3 million first round from ETF Venture Fund reports peHUB, citing a regulatory filing. On the surface, the company looks like a lot of other health content sites. It’s apparently trying to do a human-power About.com-type of thing, allowing users to create link-filled guides. It also offers a premium chat service, offering $1.99 per minute conversations with health professionals. Co-founder and CEO Steven H. Krein was the early founder and CEO of Promotions.com.
