Original post: Jan 29: Batanga, one of the bigger online Hispanic media companies and ad networks, is close to buying online ad network HispanoClick, according to a report in Portada Online. With this acquisition, the company will now compete in a bigger way with the U.S. Hispanic leader Univision.com. HispanoCLick was launched in 2004, and based in Verdun, Quebec.
