Akimbo, the IP VOD venture doomed from the start, has added some senior management: it has appointed Neil Goldberg as its new COO and Peter Chantel as its new CFO. Goldberg most recently was president of On Demand Media Group and also ran programming at VOD aggregator TVN Entertainment. These new appointments follow the new CEO appointment it did in April.

Apparently the company is preparing some major strategy changes, and a new business focus in the coming weeks.
