http://www.nebuad.com/, its business model in shambles following Congressional scrutiny of its deals with ISP broadband providers like Charter Communications (NSDQ: CHTR), has lost its CEO, Bob Dykes, to payment services company VeriFone. Dykes begins the new job effective immediately.
