As part of a small restructuring, Alex Vaickus is being promoted from his current perch as EVP and president of global licensing to president of Playboy, a new position. In addition to keeping his licensing responsibilities, Vaickus will also oversee all business operations, including print, digital and TV. In addition to Vaickus’ additional workload, Scott Stephen, presently EVP for Playboy Digital, will see his purview expanded as well. Stephen will now serve as EVP Print/Digital Group. Stephen will manage print publications, including Playboy magazine, special editions and other specialty titles, in addition to the online and mobile properties that he’s already been working on. A few years back, Stephen was EVP of operations for Playboy’s entertainment division. He’ll report to Vaickus.
