Industry Moves: Playboy’s Digital VP Chris Petrovic Resigns

imageChris Petrovic has resigned as Playboy’s VP of digital, paidContent has learned. Petrovic cited the company’s consolidation strategy—which will move Playboy’s digital operations to its Chicago headquarters—as the the primary reason for his departure; he lives in L.A. Petrovic joined the company in 2005; he worked on both domestic and international projects, most recently serving as executive producer of Playmate Show and Tell, an online video series in partnership with Spike Digital Entertainment.

Rafat adds: Expect the remaining digital execs to leave soon as well…most of them are based in Greater LA area and likely will choose not to work with the glacial pace in Chicago.
