Industry Moves Round Up: Crain Communications; Interpublic Group; Digitas; Evri

Crain Communications: Christopher Crain is continuing the legacy at the company founded by his family by being promoted to group publisher of several Crain publications. He will replace the non-Crain family member Bill Bisson, who retired after 30 years with the company, and report to his uncle, Rance. [Ad Age]

Interpublic Group: After 12 years at Home Depot—most recently as its CMO—John Ross is heading over to IPG to act as the President of their Emerging Media Lab. The lab is designed to keep IPG clients ahead of the technological curve by creating “technology solutions which can drive tangible results for brands at the retail level.” [RBR]

Digitas: The marketing agency has chosen Stephan Beringer to head development in the non-US markets. The former Global CSO and President EMEA of Tribal DDB will report to CEO Laura Lang and will sit on her Global Executive Board. [Release]

Evri: There’s been a CEO change at the Paul Allen-backed start-up. The site, which laid off a quarter of its staff, is watching Neil Roseman go and Will Hunsinger come in to lead. Hunsinger was most recently the CEO of online ad company Adeze. [TechFlash]
