—Conde Nast: Lisa Ryan Howard, who has spent the past nine months as publisher of Conde Nast’s Style.com and Men.style.com, replaces outgoing VP-online sales Jason R. Krebs, who will leave the post he’s held for two years at Conde Nast Media Group Interactive on Friday. —Belo: Edward Olkkola, a venture capital and tech veteran, has been tapped as SVP, business development, for the Dallas-based media company. Olkkola has held executive posts at Motorola (NYSE: MOT) and Compaq before becoming a general partner and operating partner at Austin Ventures between 1998 and 2007. Most recently, he joined STARTech Early Ventures, a Richardson,TX-based VC firm. In addition to his new role at Belo, (NYSE: BLC) which owns the Dallas Morning News as well as four other newspapers and 10 TV stations, Olkkola will remain as an advisor for STARTech. —CinemaNow: Ashley Woodworth has been hired by CinemaNow as SVP, marketing, where she’ll manage multi-platform initiatives and work on integrating the company’s digital programming with electronics makers. —Kaboose: Family-focused online media company Kaboose, based in Canada, has appointed Craig Wallace, former CEO of AOL (NYSE: TWX) Canada., as president and COO. —Media Kitchen: Darren Herman has been named group director of digital media for the kirshenbaum bond + partners media planning and buying unit. Herman co-founded in-game advertising firm IGA Worldwide and has worked at several startups over the past decade. More details here.
