—LinkedIn: So the mystery of Steve Sordello leaving Tivo as CFO has been solved. The “well known late stage venture funded company” he is going to join is LinkedIN, as the CFO of the business networking firm. The company is profitable.

—Belo Interactive: Wesley Jackson, the president and GM of Belo Interactive Media, will step down from his role at Belo as of Sept. 1, seven months after his appointment…Jackson says he wants to be closer to his family in Louisville (Belo is based in Dallas). He will continue to serve Belo as an advisor..Jackson is credited with bringing Belo into the Newspaper Consortium with Yahoo, as well as a partnership with Classified Ventures. He will continue to work on those for Belo.

—BlogTalkRadio: Veteran advertising executive Lisa Padilla has joined social radio network BlogTalkRadio as VP of Marketing. A former consultant to such companies as Yahoo, AOL and Marriott, Padilla will oversee advertising, publicity, corporate marketing and partnerships and will be based in BTR’s San Francisco.
