—CondeNet: After three years in the role of CFO at CondeNet CondeNast, Debi Chirichella has been upped to the new post of COO for CondeNet. The company also promoted two other execs to new posts: Amy Junger to SVP, finance and planning and Ted Nadeau to SVP and GM. Junger has been SVP-financial operations since 2001 and was brought on as GM in 2000 after serving in other roles at parent Condé Nast. Nadeau, a former Vindingo exec, has been the VP/GM of CondeNet since May 2007.

—Microsoft: Michael Delman is moving in August to help oversee marketing strategy for Microsoft’s (NSDQ: MSFT) Xbox, Games Studio and Games for Windows; he’s currently corporate VP of the Global Marketing Communications Group. He will be corporate VP of global marketing for Microsoft’s Interactive Entertainment Business in the Entertainment and Devices Division. The division recently shuffled a few other execs following the departure of Jeff Bell, who was VP of Global Marketing. Release

—Charter Communications: Two major exec promotions for Charter: Eloise E. Schmitz to EVP and CFO and Ted Schremp as CMO. Schmitz has been upped from her position as SVP-strategic planning and interim CFO and in her new role, effective July 1, will oversee the company’s financial functions while continuing to direct M&A and strategic planning. She joined Charter (NSDQ: CHTR) from Mercantile Bank (now U.S. Bank). Schremp succeeds Robert Quigley, who is retiring and will remain as an adviser until the end of the year. Before joining in 2005 as SVP and GM of Charter Telephone, Schremp was with HP.

—Disney-ABC: Disney-ABC Domestic Television has appointed Rob Thomas to SVP-strategic research, overseeing program and market research for off-net, cable and mew media programming. She will also head up ABC Studios’ research, including ratings analysis and pilot testing. Most recently, Thomas was VP-entertainment programming research at Turner Broadcasting.
