imageTurn Inc.: Board member Bill Demas has been appointed president and COO of the online ads firm. He’ll also stay on the board of directors ; he’s been an advisor since 2007. Most recently Demas was president and CEO of MokaFive and earlier, he headed the Yahoo Publisher Network Group. Release.

TheLadders.com: The online jobs platform has promoted Alexandre Douzet to the post of president. After having co-founded the company in 2003, he served as VP-marketing and most recently, EVP. Previously, he was director of online marketing at HotJobs.com.

Organic: Chad Stoller is returning to the interactive agency as executive director of Emerging Platforms Strategy after a brief stint at file-hosting and sharing site Drop.io, where he was VP of marketing. About 10 years ago, Stoller co-founded Surge Interactive, the interactive branding division of Arnell Group. Release
