Industry Moves: Broady Out At Yahoo
Yahoo: When Scott Moore’s role at Yahoo (NSDQ: YHOO) expanded to include Vince Broady’s portfolio last December, I was told the company was trying to find a spot for Broady. From the outside looking in, Hilary Schneider’s group, Global Partner Solutions, looked like a possible fit for his “branded universe” concept. But last week I heard they had yet to finalize anything and today comes word from Yahoo that Broady is leaving the company. Broady was hired away from CNET (NSDQ: CNET) Networks by Yahoo Media Group head Lloyd Braun in 2006.
