Internet Traffic Firm ComScore To Raise $71 Million in IPO

ComScore, the Internet traffic measurement firm, which filed and S-1 in April for an IPO, expects to raise as much as $71.4 million from an offering of 5 million shares, the company disclosed in a fling today, though no date has been set. It has set a price range of $14 to $16…at $15 a share, the company would be worth more than $410 million; it would raise $66.8 million after underwriting fees. ComScore said its 2006 revenue topped $66.3 million, with cash flow from operations of $10.9 million. The amended S-1 is here.
