Local Advertiser WebVisible Gets $12 Million Second Round

Irvine, CA-based WebVisible has raised a $12 million second round led by Sutter Hill Ventures, with participation from previous backer Redpoint Ventures. The company previously raised a $5 million first round back in 2005, for a total raise of $17 million. WebVisible offers software to help small businesses manage their online ad buys across a range of platforms, including search engines. The company also has various relationships in the yellow pages industry, so that its services are re-sold by various players, including AT&T (NYSE: T) and Yellow Pages of Canada. CEO Kristen Mangers previously served in the yellow pages industry at various companies. Release.
