Local Marketers Gets $4.1 Million In First Round
Local Marketers, a Bellevue, WA-based online marketers, has raised $4.1 million from Madrona Venture Group. The raise is part of an ongoing first round, that now totals $5.1 million. The company helps small businesses’ advertising using a pay-per-contact model, with many of its customers in the local services business (maids, remodeling, janitorial). Local Marketers argues that it reduces the risk to small businesses since they only have to pay for services when they’re contacted. Release.
