Medical News Service MedPageToday Gets $2.1 Million Funding

MedPageToday, a Little Falls, NJ-based online medical news summary service, has received $2.1 million in venture funding. The round was led by Milestone Venture Partners, and SJF Ventures also participated in the round. The site and service summarizes and reports stories from medical conferences, journal articles, consumer media, and announcements by the FDA, and is aimed at physicians and other healthcare professionals.
