Men’s Entertainment Aggregator CraveOnline Acquires HoopsVibe

Male lifestyle portal CraveOnline has bought basketball “culture” site HoopsVibe. Terms were not disclosed. The purchase is the latest in a series of acquisitions by CraveOnline and its parent, AtomicOnline. Last month, CraveOnline bought GameRevolution, a gaming news and reviews site. Last fall, AtomicOnline acquired pro-wrestling news site WrestleZone and folded it into CraveOnline. Release.

The six-year-old site offers news, profiles of high school and the NCAA players, and related merchandising releases like basketball shoes.  Members of its community share training regimens, diet plans and instructional videos.
