Even as Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT) goes after Yahoo (NSDQ: YHOO), some major exec changes are going to happen within the software giant: among them:

—Steve Berkowitz, the former Ask.com CEO, who has been SVP of Microsoft’s online services business for the last two years, is supposed to be heading out of that position, and possibly even leaving the company, according to Ina Fried.
—Brian McAndrews, a Microsoft SVP who came in as CEO of aQuantive, is expected to have his responsibilities expanded, according to this WSJ story.
— Kevin Johnson, head of Microsoft’s platform and services division, may see his division consolidate marketing under VP Bill Veghte and online services under VP Satya Nadella.
