We’ve obtained a memo from Farzad Nazem, CTO and EVP, Engineering and Site Operations, describing a new Production Operations Division to centralize engineering for products and services—“to turn Yahoo’s operations into a major competitive differentiator.” This sounds like part of the centralization meant to take place as part of the corporate re-org.
