Motionbox has purchased rival video sharing site Viddyou. Financial details were not released, although Motionbox is substantially larger than Viddyou with about 14 times the traffic, according to Compete figures. Both Motionbox and Viddyou let users upload and share videos; both sites feature free and premium accounts.
