MSFT: Despite Chatter, We Have No Interest in Acquiring Yahoo

Despite the chatterbugs flittering, Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT) has made clear it does not want to buy Yahoo (NSDQ: YHOO). Yahoo’s beleaguered stock started shooting upwards earlier today (about 12 percent) after some remarks from MSFT CEO Steve Ballmer that a Yahoo deal could still “make sense economically” for both the companies shareholders.
