Comedy media company National Lampoon continues its aggressive pace of acquisitions ... this time, it’s acquiring Comedy Express, a distributor of comedic content across a range of platforms, including TV, online and mobile. As with its recent purchases of RivalFish and CollegeHangover, Comedy Express already has a relationship with National Lampoon through its ComedyExpressTV.com broadband video platform, which is part of National Lampoon’s Humor Network. The company also produces live events and DVDs. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Release.
