So there was little drama at today’s shareholder meeting and the results were never in doubt. Yahoo (NSDQ: YHOO) has just released its vote tallies confirming that all of the incumbent directors were re-elected by a wide margin. The full vote totals can be found in the release. CEO Jerry Yang received the support of 85.4 percent of the votes cast. Chairman Roy Bostock got 79.5 percent. The lowest vote garnerer was Arther Kern, who got 77.9 percent votes in favor. There was no voting on Icahn, who will take his seat by appointment. Now it’s up to the existing board to fill out the remaining two seats from the list of nominees provided by Icahn. One of them was going to be Jon Miller, but that fell through today. Yahoo will name the two new appointees by August, 15. Release.

Also not surprising: all of the other measures, like human rights, censorship and pay-on-performance failed to garner enough votes.
