Adknowledge Buys Lookery’s Ad Net Business In Its Second Acquisition In A Week

imageA few days after announcing its purchase of a Facebook analytics company, behavioral ad targeter Adknowledge says it has bought the ad net business of online marketing services company Lookery. Terms were not disclosed. Like Adonomics, which Kansas City, MO-based Adknowledge acquired earlier this week, Lookery analyzes demographic data on social net users and markets it to ad networks. The addition of Lookery’s ad network is expected to give Adknowledge, through its existing social ad net, Cubics, the ability to place about 10 billion display ads each month, the company claims. It estimates that it will now be able to cover 40 percent of all ads served on Facebook apps. Lookery has already raised about $3 million in funding this year. Release Related Stories

10 bn uniques? More then the population of the earth!

I think they mean 10bn unique visits (not visitors?)
