Online Ad Startup Peer39 Gets $3 Million Funding
Peer39, a still-stealth online ad marketplace start-up based in NYC, has received $3 million from Dawntreader Ventures, reports VentureBeat. Former Shopping.com CEO Dan Ciporin is a seed investor, and is on the board.
The VC investing in it writes on his blog: With “some proprietary algorithms we believe we can turn just plain data into real usable information to dramatically improve the effectiveness of advertising”.
