Online Health Company Waterfront Media Buys Search Marketing Firm Netramind
Waterfront Media, the publisher of health info site EverydayHealth, has bought out Santa Clara, CA-based search marketing company Netramind. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Brooklyn-based Waterfront will use Netramind’s tech to boost its SEO and SEM when consumers search for health info online, the company said. Netramind, a 25-person shop that was founded in 2003, has an office in Mumbai, India. More details in this CrainsNY story.
