The FeedRoom, a longtime player in the online video services sector, has acquired ClearStory Systems, a digital asset management (DAM) software provider, for an undisclosed sum. The two are focused on enterprise and white label online and digital video services. FeedRoom has been around since 1999, and has raised at least $61 million since launching.
