EyeWonder, an Atlanta-based developer of rich media and digital video solutions for online ads, has received a late stage investment from BIA Digital Partners. The amount was not disclosed. The funding is intended to support further development for the eight-year-old company’s in-stream, wireless and emerging digital advertising platforms. EyeWonder also hopes to gain traction for its domestic and global expansion plans. Aside from the investment, Scott Chappell, a BIA principal, has been appointed to EyeWonder’s board of directors as an observer.  Back in 2000, EyeWonder raised $2.5 million in a first round, and had raised a total of $3.7 million by the next year.
