02138, the Harvard-oriented magazine that’s made a name for its coverage of the Facebook/ConnectU lawsuit, is on the verge of being sold to Sandow Media, reports WWD. A spokesperson for Sandow confirmed that the deal was in late negotiations, but that it wasn’t yet complete. The uber-niche publication was launched by Atlantic Media, which owns both The Atlantic, and National Journal. It was started in 2006, by two Harvard alums, who wanted a high-end lifestyle magazine for their particular demographic. It claims a circulation of 100,000. Terms of the transaction have not been reported.
